Who can use SweepZone

SweepZone is for a general audience. If you're under the age of majority where you live, use SweepZone only with the permission of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for your use. SweepZone isn't directed to children under 13.

Using SweepZone

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to use SweepZone for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms. We may add, change, or remove games and features, and we may suspend or stop the service at any time.

Your progress

SweepZone doesn't require an account. Your progress (level, XP, coins, streaks, challenges, achievements, and best scores) is saved in your browser on the device you play on. It doesn't move between devices or browsers, and clearing site data, browsing privately, or resetting your progress deletes it. We can't restore lost progress.

Coins, XP, and other in-game items

Coins, XP, levels, streaks, badges, achievements, and other in-game items have no monetary value. They can't be bought, sold, traded, transferred, or exchanged for money, prizes, or anything of value, and they aren't your property. We may change, rebalance, or reset them, for example to fix a bug or adjust a game.

Fair play

When you use SweepZone, don't:

• use cheats, bots, scripts, or automation, or exploit bugs to gain scores or items;
• click ads, or cause ads to be clicked or viewed, for any reason other than genuine interest, or use any method that artificially inflates ad clicks or impressions;
• interfere with, overload, or disrupt the site, its security, or its ads;
• copy, scrape, or republish our games, guides, or other content except as the law allows;
• reverse engineer the site except where the law allows it;
• use SweepZone for anything unlawful.

We may block access for anyone who breaks these rules.

Our content

The games, guides, text, graphics, logos, and software on SweepZone belong to SweepZone Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. "SweepZone" and our logos are our trademarks. Apart from the personal use described above, you may not use our content without our written permission. You're welcome to share links to our pages.

Feedback

If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

Ads and other websites

SweepZone shows ads from third parties, and some pages link to other websites. We don't control and aren't responsible for their content, products, or practices. Anything you arrange with an advertiser is between you and that advertiser. Our Privacy Policy explains how advertising uses data.

Disclaimers

SweepZone is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law permits, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't promise that SweepZone will always be available, error-free, or secure, or that your progress will be saved.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law permits, SweepZone Inc. and its officers, employees, and partners won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost progress, data, or profits, arising from your use of SweepZone. Because SweepZone is free, our total liability for any claim relating to SweepZone is limited to US $100. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Indemnity

To the extent the law permits, you agree to indemnify SweepZone Inc. against claims arising from your misuse of SweepZone or your breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these terms or SweepZone will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you and SweepZone Inc. consent to their jurisdiction. If the laws of your country give you the right to bring a claim in your local courts, this section doesn't take that right away.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using SweepZone after an update, the updated terms apply.

Other terms

If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest stays in effect. If we don't enforce a provision, that isn't a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
